服中药期间的忌口须知

忌口”是指治病服药时的饮食禁忌，中医非常强调这一点，民间也积累了很多经验。实践证明，形形色色的食物具有各自的性能，对疾病的发生、发展和药物的治疗作用均会产生一定影响的。

1、忌萝卜：在服用中药的时候不要吃生的萝卜，因为萝卜就有消食和破气的作用，尤其是有些病人方剂内含人参和黄芪等滋补功效强的中药的时候，吃萝卜会严重的消弱人参等药材的补益作用，从而降低药效影响治疗的效果。

2、忌生冷：生冷食物性多寒凉，难以消化。生冷类食物还易刺激胃肠道，影响胃肠对药物的吸收。故在治疗“寒症”服中药如温经通络、祛寒逐湿药，或健脾暖胃药，不可不忌生冷食物。

3、忌浓茶：一般服用中药时不要喝浓茶，因为茶叶里含有鞣酸，浓茶里含的鞣酸更多，与中药同服时会影响人体对中药中有效成分的吸收，减低疗效。尤其在服用 “阿胶”、“银耳”时，忌与茶水同服，同时服用会使茶叶中的鞣酸、生物碱等产生沉淀，影响人体吸收。如果你是一个有喝茶习惯的人，那么建议你适当少喝一些绿茶，如果非喝不可，可以在服用中药之后的2至3小时后再喝绿茶。

4、忌辛辣：热性辛辣食物性多温热，耗气动火。如服用清热败毒、养阴增液、凉血滋阴等中药或急性结膜炎、角膜炎等热性病及眼底出血等病治疗期间，须忌食辛辣。如葱、蒜、胡椒、羊肉、狗肉等辛辣热性之品，如若食之，则会抵消中药效果，有的还会促发炎症，伤阴动血（出血）。

5、忌油腻：油腻食物性多粘腻，助湿生痰，滑肠滞气，不易消化和吸收，而且油腻食物与药物混合更能阻碍胃肠对药物有效成分的吸收，从而降低疗效。服用中药期间，如进食荤腻食物，势必影响中药的吸收，故对痰湿较重、脾胃虚弱、消化不良、高血压、冠心病、高脂血症、高血粘度以及肥胖病等患者更须忌食动物油脂等油腻之物。

6、忌腥膻：通常，中药都是具有特有的芳香气味，尤其是芳香化湿、芳香理气的药材，他们都是含有非常方法的挥发油，依靠挥发来达到治疗的作用，但是这类芳香的物质与腥膻气味最不相容。

7、忌海鲜：此类食物多为咸寒而腥之品，且含有异性蛋白，易引起过敏反应，很多眼科疾病是过敏性体质患者易患。多食易伤脾胃并诱发疾病，故脾胃有病者不宜多吃，尤其是过敏体质者更不可食之。如鱿鱼等海产品为多见。而沙丁鱼、鲇鱼、黄鱼、螃蟹、黄泥螺最易引起过敏。

8、忌咖啡、酒、及吸烟：服药期间忌酒非常重要。治病期间要静心休养。咖啡因或者酒精都会是神经兴奋，医学界本身早就有结论指出酒精和咖啡因会对心血管产生很大的伤害，而且不少中药里发挥药效的成分都会和酒精、咖啡因起冲突。
